Our main goal is to produce an annual school play put on by the students for our school, and local feeder schools (when the play material is suitable). Students on stage experience what it is to put on a performance from an actor's perspective. Students off stage experience the technical aspects of a theatrical production - from stage managing and prop/set design and construction to working lighting and sound equipment. Together, they work in unison to put on a one of a kind, memorable play (for better or worse) that will give them lasting memories of their middle school years. |
General Reminders:
Two Plays this year? Very possible. One major for the school at the beginning of June, and a minor one - mid year. More info to come. It is going to be a fun filled year!
